AOL and True Vine Online

Dear Customer.

We noticed on your sign up form that you are 
coming to us from America On Line. (AOL)

We welcome you to our service and will do everything possible
to make your experience with True Vine Online enjoyable but we
need your help.  

We have many people sign up for True Vine Online who have never 
used a computer before and they adapt very quickly to using our
Internet Service.  We wish we could say the same thing about folks
coming from AOL.  Maybe it's easier to learn something from scratch
than it is to learn one thing and then change to something different.

Our Internet service uses standard Internet software, the same software
all other Internet services use EXCEPT AOL.  It is NOT more difficult to
use, just different.  It will take you a little while to get used to.  Please
allow yourself sufficient time to get used to the differences and 
CALL US if you are confused by anything. We'll be more than glad to help.

Just as soon as your True Vine Online installation is up and running 
you should UNinstall the AOL software from the CONTROL PANEL 
of your computer.  Leaving the AOL software on the machine causes 
conflicts and can cause True Vine Online not to work in many instances.

If you are unwilling to leave AOL behind and UNinstall it as well as
learning a new way of doing things, please call us immediately so
we can refund your money.  

We want you to get the most out of our filtered Internet service and enjoy
knowing that you are protected from the pornography and other offensive
content.  You have made the right decision by switching.  Now, let's
work together to get you used to your new service. You'll be
a "pro" in no time at all.
