• All cells “present”

• MHC = major histocompatibility complex
• class II on B cells
• class I on all nucleated cells
• present on cell surface sampling of what in cell

• T cells only look in MHC for Ag

• If TCR recognize presented Ag

• releases perforin and granzymes that induce apoptosis in the infected cell
