Hello,
I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how
helpful one of your Tech Support guys have been regarding the True Vine
service. Recently, my account was activated for broadband access and
"Shelton" walked me through it. For some unknown reason (probably my
old computer) connectivity to the internet was not working smoothly and
Shelton had to spend more time getting the DSL modem and my computer to
work right than I'm sure he had planned. For approximately 3 hours
Shelton worked with me by phone and by logging in to my computer,
trying everything in his expertise to remedy the problem. When the
problem pointed to faulty ethernet card he made recommendations for a
good and inexpensive one as well as a router of the same caliber.
Eventually, Shelton was able to get my connection up and running at a
fast and smooth pace. Not once throughout the whole process, did I
detect even the slightest hint of agitation or annoyance from Shelton,
just friendly quality service.
So please give thank him for me again, and thank you for putting
quality people on your staff.

for being the people you are. My dealings with Kenny have always been
helpful "above and beyond" the call of duty, so to speak...
I've been noticing the
changes you've been making on the web site and I greatly appreciate
them! Today when I signed on (I haven't signed on in a few days so
maybe its not SO new) but the new directory page is great!!!.... So
much better...so much "nicer" on the eyes... so to speak... and it
reflects a company concerned with giving its customers the best it has
to offer. (p.s. the kids are cute too!)

a blessing it is to be finally rid of all the filth and garbage the

It was especially upsetting to received
pornographic pictures that would load automatically, we didn't even
open the emails!
Now we can truly enjoy the benefits of a fully
